Same Day Appointments Available!

Fees are based on location and number of signatures being notarized. Services start at $55, including $15 for the notarization and $40 for the travel fee. Price will vary based on number of notarizations and the location. All final prices stay in compliance with state laws and notary regulations.

Notary Fee: $15 for each signature
* As determined by the California Secretary of State.
** For example: 1 document with 2 signers = $30

Depositions: $30, plus $7 for administering oath to witness and $7 for completing the certificate on the deposition.

Hospitals:
$100 minimum Travel Fee 

Nursing Homes, Other Care Facilities:
$75 minimum Travel Fee 

Incarceration Facilities:

$125 minimum Travel Fee (requires prepayment)

Please Note: Mobile fee is still required and non-refundable to Hospitals/ Care Facilities/ Incarceration Facility for no shows or if the signer is incoherent, unable to physically sign documents or is not willing to sign at the time of appointment.
